Warrior Cross Country

This event is open to any student 6th grade and under. There will be no entry fee. There will be only a boys and girls division with no divisions for age. It is free to all runners and is sponsored by the Washington Warrior Cross Country Team. 

 

Registration will begin at 5:30 PM on Monday, September 28th, 2015. The girls race will begin at 5:50 PM and the boys race will start 5 minutes after the last girl finishes. 

 

The course will be on the Washington High School and Kenny Anderson Park grounds. It will be a 2400 Meter course (approximately 1.5 miles). WHS cross country runners will be directing athletes around the course and providing encouragement.

 

The top 3 girls and top 3 boys will all receive a t-shirt. All runners who finish will receive a medal. Awards will be presented to the athletes as they finish the race. 

 

Results will be available following the meet and will also be posted on this site on Tuesday, September 29th, 2015. All times and places will be kept. 

 

Although not mandatory, it is encouraged to register for the race prior to the day of the race. You can do so at the left and click on submit.
